Two in final 6 city manager candidates picked to interview drop out of the running.

With two work session set for this week council has two less candidates for city manager to choose from.  The council picked 6 candidates to interview by video conference but two of those 6 have notified the city they have pulled their names from consideration.

The two candidates who have withdrawn are Tina Tuggle from Kingston TN who was city manager at Oliver Springs and Cary Colaianni of Eagle Idaho.

Tonight the council will interview

Dennis Sparks of Hopewell Virginia at 5 PM and Mark K. Reeter of Bristol VA at 6 PM.

On Friday the schedule may change but tentatively council will interview Greg Wood at 5 PM and Steve Foote at 6 PM.
