Although most main roadways have been cleared,
many secondary roadways continue to be at least partially
snow-covered.
Some melting of snow on these secondary roadways
began this afternoon from breaks in cloud coverage.
However, any remaining melted water on area roadways will
quickly refreeze as the evening hours progress.
On all area roadways, especially secondary ones, black ice formation
will continue to be possible through tonight.
