Crossville PD Announces Graduation of New Officer who served as Class Leader

The City of Crossville Police Department is pleased to announce the graduation of one of the newest members of their team from Basic Police Academy.

Following an extensive 480-hour training session, at the Tennessee Law Enforcement Training Academy, Patrol Officer Brian Castleberry, a retired US Marine who was elected to be the Class Leader / President of Class 1836, has earned a certificate of graduation and is now a certified police officer for the City of Crossville.

Crossville Police announce new officer's Academy Graduation

The City of Crossville Police Department is pleased to announce the graduation of one of the newest members of our team from Basic Police Academy. Following an extensive 480 hour training session, at the Tennessee Law Enforcement Training Academy, Patrol Officer Martin Garcia, who was elected to be the Vice President of Class 1834, has earned a certificate of graduation and is now a certified police officer for the City of Crossville.

The City of Crossville Police Department is pleased to announce the addition of a new member to our team. The Crossville Police Department has had a recently opened patrol officer position available. After testing and interviewing quite a few qualified applicants, this position has been filled.

Cumberland County, TN resident, Brandon Griffin, has been selected to fill the patrol officer position. Officer Griffin is a 2016 graduate of the East Tennessee Regional Law Enforcement Academy. The hiring of Officer Griffin will return the Crossville Police Department’s patrol division to full strength and will provide continued officer presence and call coverage within our city. This will ensure that calls for assistance and daily operations are handled more effectively, providing for a safer community.

The City of Crossville Police Department is pleased to announce the addition of a new member to our team. The Crossville Police Department has had an open patrol officer position available. After testing and interviewing quite a few qualified applicants, this position has been filled.

Cumberland County, TN resident, Joshua Mangas, has been selected to fill the patrol officer position. Officer Mangas is a 2016 graduate of the East Tennessee Regional Law Enforcement Academy. The hiring of Officer Mangas will bring the Crossville Police Department’s patrol division to full strength and will provide for more officer presence and call coverage than ever before. This will ensure that calls for assistance and daily operations are handled more effectively, providing for a safer community.
