Chattanooga Shooting Suspect Named to TBI’s ‘Top 10 Most Wanted’

NASHVILLE – The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation has a new addition to its ‘Top 10 Most Wanted’ list, Dominique Lebron Collins.

Collins (DOB 1-18-88) is wanted by the Chattanooga Police Department and the TBI to face charges including Attempted First Degree Murder, Aggravated Assault, Reckless Endangerment, and Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon in connection to a shooting that occurred on April 13^th. Collins was last seen in a gold-colored Jeep and should be considered armed and dangerous.

Collins is an African-American man who stands 5’8” and weighs approximately 180 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes. Anyone with information about his whereabouts should contact the TBI at 1-800-TBI-FIND. There is a reward of up to $2,500 for information leading to his arrest.

TBI Marks 25th Anniversary of ‘Top 10 Most Wanted’ Program

This weekend, the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation will mark the 25^thanniversary of its successful ‘Top 10 Most Wanted’ program.

Launched on May 5, 1993, the program harnesses the TBI’s relationship with the media and the public to bring attention to dangerous fugitives believed to be in Tennessee, while offering cash rewards for information leading to successful captures.

Since the start of the program, the TBI’s Top 10 program has contributed to the capture of more than 400 dangerous fugitives, including several high-profile cases:

• Terry Lee Charlton: The first individual added to the Top 10 Most Wanted, Charlton was wanted to face multiple counts of Aggravated Burglary. He was arrested 18 months later, after a lengthy investigation led by Special Agent Mark Gwyn, who would later become the agency’s Director.
• Margo Freshwater: The first woman added to the TBI’s Top 10 Most Wanted (in May of 2003), Freshwater escaped the Tennessee Prison for Women in 1970, while serving a life sentence for murdering a store clerk in Memphis in 1969. She was captured in Columbus, Ohio in 2002.
• Adam Mayes: Added to the Top 10 in May 2012, Mayes was involved in the murder of a woman in Whiteville, along with the kidnapping of the woman’s two younger daughters. After a five-day search, a tip from the public led authorities to a heavily-wooded area in Mississippi, where Mayes took his life and the girls were rescued unharmed.

TBI adds Waffle House Shooting Suspect to Top 10 Most Wanted list with $2500 reward.

NASHVILLE – The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation has a new addition to its ‘Top 10 Most Wanted’ list, Travis Reinking.

Reinking (DOB 2-1-89) is wanted by the Metropolitan Nashville Police Department and the TBI to face charges, including three counts of Criminal Homicide, in connection to a shooting that occurred at a Waffle House in Antioch early this morning. The shooting incident remains under investigation by the Metropolitan Nashville Police Department. Reinking should be considered armed and dangerous.

Man Accused of Shooting KPD Officer Captured in Maryville.

KNOXVILLE – A man who was added to the TBI’s ‘Top 10 Most Wanted’ list Friday is now in custody. Ronnie Lucas Wilson was captured this morning.

Wilson (DOB 4-7-86) was wanted by the Knoxville Police Department and the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation to face a charge of Attempted First Degree Murder of a police officer. On January 11^th, a Knoxville police officer initiated a traffic stop on Wilson’s vehicle. Wilson exited the vehicle and began shooting at the officer, striking him at least one time.

Early Saturday morning, authorities received information that Wilson was at a vacant home on Calderwood Highway in Maryville. Upon arrival, contact was made with Wilson, who attempted to flee the home by jumping out a window. He was immediately taken into custody by deputies with the Blount County Sheriff’s Office, investigators with the Knoxville Police Department, and members of the U.S. Marshals Service Smoky Mountain Fugitive Task Force.

Murder suspect only stayed on TBI Most Wanted list a very short time.

NASHVILLE – A man added Wednesday to the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation’s ‘Top 10 Most Wanted’ is currently in law enforcement custody in Chattanooga.

Ahren Presley (DOB 12-5-96) was wanted by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office and the TBI to face charges in connection to two deceased individuals who were found in Old Fort, Tennessee on March 3^rd. On November 6^th, a Grand Jury returned indictments for Presley, charging him with two counts of Conspiracy to Commit Robbery and Theft, two counts of Especially Aggravated Robbery, two counts of Felony Murder Robbery, and two counts of Felony Murder Theft.

Wednesday afternoon, authorities at Silverdale Detention Center confirmed Presley was currently in their custody in Chattanooga.  

TBI Top 10 Fugitive Justin Pridemore Captured in Jonesborough

JOHNSON CITY – A man who was added to the TBI’s ‘Top 10 Most Wanted’ list Thursday is now in custody. Justin Wayne Pridemore was captured.

Pridemore (DOB 9/22/93) was wanted by the Greeneville Police Department and the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation to face charges of Aggravated Sexual Battery. That charge stems from an incident involving a 5-year-old child.

After receiving a tip that Pridemore was possibly at a home on Forester Lane in Jonesborough, TBI Special Agents requested assistance from the Washington County Sheriff’s Office. This morning, deputies responded to the home and confirmed Pridemore was at the residence. He was taken into custody without incident.

Greene County Man Added to TBI’s ‘Top 10 Most Wanted’ List for child sex charge

Pridemore is a white man with blonde hair and blue eyes. He stands 6’0” and weighs approximately 260 pounds. He has a history of violence and should be considered dangerous. Dylan Ferguson, ‘Top 10 Most Wanted’ Fugitive, Back in Police Custody

NASHVILLE – One day after escaping from jail in Macon County and being added to the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation’s ‘Top 10 Most Wanted’ list, Dylan Cecil Ferguson surrendered Thursday morning to law enforcement in Trousdale County.

Ferguson (DOB 11-16-96) was wanted by the Macon County Sheriff’s Office and the TBI, after escaping from the county’s jail Wednesday, along with two other individuals: Jeffrey Strong and Matt White. At the time of this release, efforts to locate Strong and White remained active and ongoing by several law enforcement agencies.

Earlier on Thursday morning, a family member helped coordinate Ferguson’s surrender, which occurred at the sheriff’s department in Hartsville, Trousdale County. A current booking photograph was not immediately available, but a TBI Agent did capture the attached image shortly after authorities brought Ferguson back into custody.

Suspect in Spring Hill Homicide Added to TBI’s ‘Top 10 Most Wanted’

NASHVILLE – The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation has a new addition to its ‘Top 10 Most Wanted’ list: James Rush Huddleston, of Murfreesboro.

Huddleston (DOB 4-2-83) is wanted by the Spring Hill Police Department and the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation to face a charge of Criminal Homicide in connection to a shooting on Sunday at a residence on Iroquois Drive that resulted in the death of Phillip Pero, 35, of Hohenwald.

Huddleston is a white man, who stands 5’11” and weighs approximately 160 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes. Authorities believe he may be traveling in a 1997 red Cadillac Seville with a faded hood and aftermarket wheels. He should be considered armed and dangerous. Anyone with information about Huddleston’s whereabouts should contact the TBI at 1-800-TBI-FIND. There is a reward of up to $2,500 for information leading to his arrest

Wanted ‘Top 10’ Fugitive Surrenders, Facing Charges

NASHVILLE – Less than two days after being placed on the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation’s ‘Top 10 Most Wanted’ list, a fugitive charged in connection with a Robertson County homicide has surrendered to authorities.

Ricardo Lamont Murray, Jr., of Nashville, was wanted by the Robertson County Sheriff’s Office and the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation to face charges of Homicide, Aggravated Robbery, and Theft resulting from an incident in Cedar Hill on October 24th, during which investigators believe Murray fatally shot a man, Jonathan Outlaw, who was attempting to sell him a vehicle.

Early Friday morning, Murray turned himself in to officers at the East Precinct of the Metropolitan Nashville Police Department.
