TIMING...From 10 AM CDT to 7 PM CDT Monday * WINDS...Winds of 20 to 30 mph...with occasional gusts 40 to 45 mph. * IMPACTS...Wind gusts could bring down tree limbs and shallow rooted trees, and could even cause a few power outages. Loose outdoor objects, like garbage cans and patio furniture will be blown over. A Wind Advisory means that winds over 40 mph are expected. Winds this strong may blow down a few trees or tree limbs and cause isolated power outages. Driving may also become difficult... especially for high profile vehicles. Use extra caution.
