November's regular Crossville City Council meeting will be the final one for the terms of council members Danny Wyatt and Pamala Harris.

Council will meet as the audit committee at 5:15 PM Tuesday, November 13 in the third-floor conference room followed by the regular meeting at 6 PM in the council chambers. The public is welcome to attend both meetings.

The agenda includes very few items outside of the consent agenda and could be a short and quiet meeting. In addition to recognizing the student of the month and the annual Christmas Card design winners from local schools, the agenda includes an item on the contract for blood sample testing for the Police Department.
Under the consent agenda, the third and final reading of the humane restraint of dogs Ordinance is expected to pass along with the first reading of some changes in the open burning ordinance. The proposed changes will include more specifics regarding the definition of open burning, specify permissible items, time frames, and permitting.
Council will also hear the city attorney's report and the city manager's report.
