  1. I hate to hear this.Scott has been a longtime friend and a fantastic deputy. Prayers are with him and his family during this time for a swift and speedy recovery. The way folks speed, run red lights intentionally, care less about stop signs (turning right or left and going straight without stopping} it is only a matter of time before someone get's killed because of this Me Me I am important attitude of driving all over Cumberland county..Most school speed limits are 15 mph speed limits, unless the person who hit him had a medical issue, they should be put in jail and their DL suspended for several years period. How do you hit a law enforcement officer in a school zone if you are paying attention and going the posted limit? Scott brother if you read this know that I have your back..If I can do anything for you just get in touch with me..Love you and can't wait till you get back on your beat..Until then you will be missed out here.
