Freeze Warning for Middle Tennessee Tonight... A strong cold front that moved through the mid state will bring increasingly colder air to the region. The dry airmass will combine with clear skies and light winds to provide sub-freezing temperatures and frost across middle TN Sunday night...impacting vegetation. Additionally, another round of frost looks possible for Monday night. Temperatures will rebound to seasonal levels by mid to late week.

FREEZE WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM MIDNIGHT TONIGHT TO 9 AM CDT MONDAY... * TEMPERATURE...25 to 30. * IMPACTS...several hours of sub-freezing temperatures may kill exposed sensitive outdoor vegetation. Widespread frost is expected to accompany these sub-freezing temperatures. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... A Freeze Warning means sub-freezing temperatures are imminent or highly likely. These conditions will kill crops and other sensitive vegetation.
