The Gardens development describes
itself as “America's most active RV retirement home base
community.” The Gardens is working now on the first phase of an 8
phase expansion planned over the next 5 to 10 years that includes an
additional 149 lots.

The Gardens opened in the 1980's and as
of the end of last year included almost 180 luxury RV homes with
large, oversize RV garages. Developer Tim Wilson said, “We've
grown steadily over the last 25 years. We sailed right through the
recession while our housing values increased and we have now added an
additional acres for future development.”
