The Public Policy Council of the Crossville/Cumberland County Chamber of Commerce has announced it will be holding two “Meet the Candidates Forums” for the upcoming August 2 election.
The first event will be Tuesday, July 10 and candidates for the County Mayor race and County Commission races have been invited. The program will be held at the Cumberland County Playhouse and starts at 6 PM and is expected to run until 8 PM.
The second event is for Cumberland County Board of Education Candidates and will be held Wednesday, July11 at the Art Circle Public Library Cumberland meeting room from 5 to 7 PM.

The public is welcome to attend and admission to both events is free.
