A Personnel Board Hearing scheduled for Thursday that was requested by Crossville Police Sergeant Tim Vandever was not held due to the lack of a quorum of members.

Crossville Human Resources Director Leah Crockett read from the rules concerning the appeal and said that the decision on how to proceed was up to Sgt. Vandever who could either allow the hearing to be rescheduled or allow the City Manager to make the decision based on the appeal information provided.
Sgt. Vandever opted to put the decision into the hands of City Manager Greg Wood. Wood met with several of the witnesses and a written decision will be released soon.
